Add the oat flour, protein powder, powdered peanut butter, natural peanut butter, honey, chocolate chips, and a pinch of salt to a bowl.
Mix together until everything is combined.
Add almond milk 1 tablespoon at a time, stirring until the mixture reaches a thick cookie dough consistency.
Enjoy immediately, or place in the freezer for about 10 minutes for the best cookie dough texture.
