What you need

cup ricotta cheese

fresh basil

pinch black pepper

cup marinara sauce

pinch salt

pinch red pepper flake

lasagna noodles

cup parmesan cheese
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. 2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package directions until al dente. Drain and toss with a drizzle of olive oil to prevent sticking. 3. In a medium bowl, combine ricotta cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes. Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed. 4. Slice each lasagna noodle in half lengthwise. Arrange two halves end to end, overlapping slightly to form one long noodle with frilly edges facing out. 5. Spread a couple of spoonfuls of the ricotta mixture evenly over the noodle, top with torn basil, and roll it into a spiral. 6. Repeat with remaining noodles and filling. 7. Spread marinara sauce in the bottom of a baking dish and nestle the spirals into the sauce with frilly edges facing up. 8. Bake until the sauce is bubbling and the tops are beginning to brown, about 20-30 minutes.
