These are GOOD. I thought to take my moms pumpkin cookie recipe (in my feed & on my website) and turn it into a muffin with this cream cheese filling inspired by Starbucks!
Mix dry and wet separately the combine. Do not over mix! Scoop 1/4 cup batter into muffin pockets lined or greased. Pipe in the middle your cream cheese filling and bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes!
