You see alllll the sweets as vday approaches so I wanted to make sure I included a dinner recipe for this series! A pasta recipe that’s loaded with flavor, super creamy and *romantic*. I hope you guys try it and love it😮💨
Throw your sausage into a pan. Once full cooked, remove. Add your garlic, tomato paste and white wine to that same pan and let cook down for about 5 minutes using a spatula to stir. Slowly add in the broth, seasonings and heavy cream! Reduce and let simmer for another 5-10 minutes. Add the sundried tomatoes and cream cheese. Let bubble - but don’t overcook! Reduce to low and begin to stir in the parm, sausage and spinach. Once fully incorporated toss in the pasta. Garnish with red pepper flakes + parsley and enjoy!
